Royal Ascot (駿景園) Interior Design & Renovation
NOON Interior Design reimagined this Royal Ascot residence in Sha Tin (Fo Tan) as a luminous, sophisticated haven. By amplifying natural light and introducing highly refined materials, the design seamlessly frames the surrounding hill and cityscape views.
Elevating the Natural Light
The living and dining zones are unified by an expanse of continuous polished marble flooring, creating an airy, light-reflective volume. A book-matched herringbone marble feature wall serves as the architectural anchor, pairing with the soft curves of a white sectional and an elegant crystal pendant above the oval marble dining table and grey leather chairs, all set against floor-to-ceiling windows.
Curated Private Sanctuaries
The master suite evokes a boutique-hotel atmosphere, defined by a channel-tufted headboard with subtle gold reveals and an adjoining mirrored walk-in closet. The daughter’s bedroom is given a curved, LED-lit headboard, while a bedroom for an elder parent balances a cream channel-panel headboard against the tactile depth of dark wood-veneer joinery.
